The army reserve makes it possible for the Army to work further with less resource, by offering a well trained and flexible force, which can expands and contract according to the specification and tests of every mission. The soldiers in this reserve are trained in nearly 200 particular skills, so that they can sustain the army missions on land, sea and air.
